What venue information should I send?+
Please send the venue name or city, room photos, the preferred focal area, setup and event times, and any decoration rules you have received.
Can you work in venues with wall restrictions?+
Often, yes. Freestanding structures may be recommended when a venue does not permit attachment to walls, ceilings, or existing fixtures.
Do travel and removal affect the proposal?+
They can. Travel time, loading access, setup windows, parking, stairs or elevators, and removal requirements are considered when the final scope is prepared.
